The boys just wrote their first letter to Darryl, the soldier in Iraq that we will be sending care packages to. Our first box was packed with snacks like a tin of doritos, pistachio nuts, cookies, lifesavers, juicy fruit, wipes, germ-X, heating pads, magazines, readers digest sept, 07 Laugh Riot issue, puzzle books, playing cards & dice and lots more! We are very excited!!! Above is the letter the boys got together to write this morning.
We are sent it out today. I didn't realize the postoffice has special rates for military so it only cost $9 to go priority and it was a big box!
So easy, so fun and so important! I hope he'll write back to the boys!
