Eddie's Science Project...

Eddie's class is studying matter.

He had to take four liquids....

water, orange juice, cooking oil and syrup,

put them in glass containers,

then to the freezer for four hours,

checking every hour,

recording observations each time.

The project was to be done as "family project"

and not only did he have to log several jouranl entries,

he also had to provide photo documentation.

Apparently, not all liquid matter changes form when placed in freezing temps! Verrrrry Intttttteresssssting.......
