Water, water everywhere!

Since we've been getting so many emails from friends & family wondering how we made out after the nor'easter last weekend and our phone is not working and we're not home right now anyway, I thought I'd post an update here. Yep, we flooded. The boys and I left Sunday night via a firetruck and Ken and a few other neighbors got out Monday afternoon via an army tank (seriously!). The boys and I are in Queens at my parents house right now and Ken is working at the house. We are taking it hour by hour at this point. But we are A-OKAY! It could've been worse and there are people that are a lot worse off than us. Will update when there's anything new. Thanks! Love, Laura xo
